Commonwealth Games – July 16- 22
Ladies! The Commonwealth Games are coming up. Shall we put some teams together?
Dates: July 16-22, 2012 – Games will be played at 7pm and 9pm
Location: Rivers Edge Sports Complex – Roanoke, VA
Fee: $275 per team Add $20 fee for all mail in registrations. Personal Checks WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

General Information:
The tournament will follow USSF rules regarding officials and play. Games will consist of 2 – 45 minute halves. 3 Game
Age division: 18 & up / 35 & up
They would like for teams to all be the same color. That is only requirement. You can have as many as you want on your roster. Everyone must sign a waiver to play. If you can get at least 3 women teams we can have a women bracket. Guraranteed 3 games. If they can get enough women teams, we can have a womens bracket. If they get enough co-ed teams they can have a co-ed bracket. They usually only have mens teams.

VERY IMPORTANT! SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR THIS SUNDAY, MAY 6!
Due to a “Referee Development Academy” this Sunday, referees are not available for our 5 p.m. games. The league has had to change the schedule. The 3pm game for Golden Chicas vs. Rebels and Blaze vs Renegades will now be played at 1 pm and the 5 pm game for Royals vs. Cool Runnings and Plevitas vs. Knockers will now be played at 3pm. If any team feels they will have to forfeit as a result fo this change, please have your team representative email the board at rvwsoccer@gmail.com to discuss rescheduling your match for another day. Also, please remember you are able to pick up as many as four substitutes from other teams to prevent forfeit. We apologize for the inconvenience, and do not anticipate another incident of referee unavailability.

**REMINDERS**
1. No jewelry. Tape is acceptable.
2. The referees need a printed copy of your roster presented to them at the beginning of each game.
3. Please clear your area of all trash at the end of your game.
4. Make sure all children are attended to and clear from goalie areas and sidelines.
