About Us

Roanoke Valley Women’s Soccer League was started in the Spring of 2011.

Edna Whittier has a long standing passion for soccer and brought the concept of a women’s league to the Roanoke Valley.

We are about to begin our third season and have really enjoyed the camaraderie among the women of our community, welcoming new players, and playing futbol!
